As a family of four traveling from Barcelona, we spent a delightful week at Mercure. Despite the unpredictable weather, we found the hotel's amenities perfect for a cozy family retreat. The location offered walking access to charming shops and restaurants, ideal for spending quality time together.Exploring the area's activities was a highlight for us. The game viewing experience provided a unique opportunity for our children to learn about local wildlife and conservation efforts-an educational adventure that thrilled the whole family.One aspect that stood out was the friendly and accommodating staff. While English fluency could be improved, their warmth and willingness to assist made up for any language barriers. Our stay in the comfortable Privilege room allowed us to relax, although the lack of air conditioning might be a concern during the warmer months.The pool area provided a fun space for family bonding, and the lobby's cozy atmosphere, complete with billiards, added a touch of charm to our evenings. Mercure's family-friendly amenities and welcoming ambiance make it a perfect choice for families seeking a harmonious retreat.
